William E. Davis (“Bill”) is the Chief Executive Officer and Supervisory Principal of Pinnacle Capital Group, a veteran-led financial services platform that includes a registered Broker-Dealer, RIA, CTA, and affiliated merchant banking operations. With over three decades of leadership across capital markets, compliance, and investment advisory services, Bill oversees the development of people, processes, and partners across the Pinnacle ecosystem. Bill’s expertise spans the institutional and retail distribution of alternative investments, fund structuring, regulatory oversight, and global partner development. He designed and implemented Pinnacle’s managing broker-dealer and distribution platform to support sponsors across verticals including private equity, hedge funds, EB-5 offerings, and tax-advantaged vehicles such as DSTs, QOZs, and conservation easements. As a General Securities Principal, he directly supervises broker-dealer and RIA operations while driving firm-wide business development and talent acquisition initiatives. Prior to founding Pinnacle, Bill served in senior leadership roles at several financial firms and was instrumental in building digital platforms, supervisory frameworks, and compliance infrastructure for investment banks and RIAs nationwide. His early career includes 21 years of decorated service in the United States Marine Corps, where he held senior leadership and mentorship roles both domestically and abroad. Bill holds FINRA Series 3, 4, 7, 14, 24, 27, 63, 65, 79 licenses, along with a California Insurance License (0I49363).
