Jeff Omdahl serves as Managing Director of Distribution at Pinnacle Capital Group, where he leads engagement with RIAs, broker-dealers, and institutional investors on private placements and alternative investment offerings. With more than 30 years of financial services experience across Wall Street firms and leading investment sponsors, Jeff brings a deep understanding of fund distribution, advisor engagement, and strategic capital placement. His focus at Pinnacle includes introducing Regulation D offerings (506(b), 506(c)), Regulation A funds, hedge funds, REITs, 1031/DST exchanges, tax-advantaged products, and other private market investments to allocators seeking differentiated portfolio solutions. Jeff works directly with fund sponsors, due diligence officers, and financial advisors to help position offerings that align with the needs of independent and institutional channels. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Jeff held senior roles at Goldman Sachs, ProShares, Rydex, and Flexible Plan Investments, where he managed national distribution teams and raised hundreds of millions annually across ETF, mutual fund, and alternative strategies. His background also includes leadership at emerging platforms and custodians, including Tactive and Folio Institutional. He holds Series 7 and 63.
