David M. Vicini is the Chief Investment Officer of Pinnacle Capital Securities, LLC With over two decades of executive leadership across investment banking, private credit, fintech, and alternative investments, David brings deep expertise in capital structuring, fund development, and strategic advisory. At Pinnacle, David leads the firm’s investment strategy and capital markets initiatives, supporting fund sponsors and institutional partners across private placements, real estate debt platforms, and wholesale distribution channels. He has structured and advised on transactions across sectors including technology, real estate, gaming, consumer products, and cross-border ventures. His past leadership roles include serving as CFO and COO of an international holding company, CFO advisor to Web 2&3 game developers, and co-founder of Trecini Winery in Sonoma County (sold). He also held senior investment banking roles at various investment banks, and earlier in his career, served as a U.S. Army officer for a decade. David holds an MBA and a B.S. in Computer Science and is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Banker in California and Idaho. His regulatory and professional credentials include FINRA Series 7, 79, 82, 24, and 63 licenses; Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA); Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS); Certified AML Fintech Compliance Associate (CAFCA); Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; and CPMAI (Cognitive Project Management for AI).
