As the founder and CEO of Cartana Consulting Solutions, Ana has led outsourced CFO and FINOP services for dozens of small to mid-sized broker-dealers. Her work enables firms like Pinnacle to access enterprise-level financial strategy, reporting, and continuity without the overhead of in-house executive staffing. She is a hands-on problem solver with advanced technical skills and a reputation for responsiveness, accuracy, and integrity. Ana’s previous leadership roles include serving as CFO and FINOP at JHS Capital Advisors and accounting leadership at GunnAllen Financial and Raymond James Financial. She is also an active member of FINRA’s Outsourced FINOPs Working Group, where she contributes to best practices across the industry.
