TK Frantz is a Registered Principal with Pinnacle Capital Group, where he provides high-level strategic consulting on private markets, fund structure, and institutional relationship development. With over 15 years of experience in real estate investment banking and private equity, TK brings a seasoned institutional perspective to Pinnacle’s advisory efforts. In addition to his role at Pinnacle, TK is the Founder and CEO of Muskoka Capital Partners, a private real estate and equity investment firm based in San Diego. His prior experience includes senior leadership positions at Silver Portal Capital, Mission Realty Capital Advisors, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he focused on real estate and lodging investment banking. TK’s advisory background spans capital formation, real asset strategy, M&A, and fund development. He is an active member of the CFA Society San Diego and holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Through his consulting role at Pinnacle, TK contributes to the firm’s expansion into private real estate, institutional partnerships, and long-term strategic planning.
